At Roselora, each arrangement is carefully handcrafted and prepared with precision before shipment. Please review the following shipping terms prior to placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed promptly after payment is received. Because our preserved rose arrangements are individually prepared, processing times may vary slightly depending on availability and order volume.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.


Shipping Options

Roselora offers the following shipping methods within the United States:

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery within 1–6 business days.

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

Overnight Shipping
Estimated delivery within 1 business day.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.


Local Hand Delivery

Same-Day and Next-Day Hand Delivery is available for select local zip codes within Los Angeles and San Diego.

This service may also be available on Sundays for eligible addresses.

Availability will be confirmed at checkout. Roselora reserves the right to adjust delivery timing based on operational capacity and scheduling availability.


Delivery Responsibility

Delivery is deemed complete once your order has been transferred to the designated carrier. Roselora is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Once tracking information has been provided, customers assume responsibility for monitoring delivery progress.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Roselora is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.


Delivery Dates

While customers may request a specific delivery date, all delivery dates are considered estimates. Roselora is not liable for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We recommend selecting a delivery date at least one day prior to your special occasion.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and arrangement. We will review each case carefully and provide assistance where appropriate.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Roselora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We encourage customers to ensure a secure delivery location at the time of purchase.


Force Majeure

Roselora shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or carrier service interruptions.
